Children’s Workshops

During most school vacations, weSew runs one-off workshops where participants can work on a project from start to finish. They are ideal for children who are not able to attend the weekly after school clubs or who want to continue their sewing during holiday times.  All equipment, materials and tuition are provided and everything made can be taken home.

Details of the next workshop are:

      Hi Lydia

Thank you for the email. Several people have asked me about evening classes and I may start one (probably monthly or fortnightly on a Wednesday night). I will keep your details and let you know. I don’t know of an upholstery class specifically but suggest you try the Sewing Machine Centre in Eastleigh or C&H fabrics because they both run sewing classes too and may have more info. If not, Fabric Land have a notice board. If you call their Southampton branch I’m sure they wouldn’t mind looking on it for you. Please let me know how you get on because I’m always keen to collate information for people who request.
